Users review: First, let me say that it will not comment on the author gushes about how hot melt! How many people have commented on this film, I also read the book first in school and then proceeded to search for the movie to see how the story moves to the screen. I thought the director Francis Ford Coppola put (The Godfather, Apocalypse Now) quite competent adaptation (which will always be somerevisions and omissions on this company) was set aside. The essence of class struggle is preserved: the eternal conflict between those who were better favored by birth and station (SOC) with the less fortunate (nipples). Coppola has caused more competent performances of young and promising cast met. Overall a very good mature movie.
