Users review: Unfortunately, the marketing for this movie is subpar and wrong, as was the first. My best advice to you *** avoid trailers at any cost. They include major spoilers for some very emotional moments in the film. This is another level of the animated film, passing gracefully generation gap and deliver quantities of any age group. Due to critical and audience acclaim beloved predecessor, many fear that the extension will match the skill first, it will create profitable only as a gimmick, like many Hollywood sequels. If this is your assumptions, you could not be more wrong. This film is worthy of all the hopes and expectations of you are afraid to spend in the theater. DeBlois told moving story that will not soon be forgotten that many of us will connect with. At Comic Con 2013, DeBlois said it was the Empire Strikes Back of the trilogy. It is a hefty promise successfully delivered.The HTTYD2 world is greatly expanded and explored, very little of the film takes place on Burke. It is much more of an adventure film. The film everything from HTTYD the next level: emotion, intensity, action, adventure, humor and depth. He takes risks that I have seen so few animated films to take, full of twists and turns that will deal invested.For film and I could have a good start, a few less kids jokes, and a little slower stimulation ( probably have been about 10 minutes longer). Unlike some very nit-picky notes, it is literally the worst thing you can say about it.HTTYD2 phenomenal movie and deserved to pick up the Oscar for best animated film of the year. John Powell, will once again be appointed (and hopefully win) for his inventive emotional score.This was my most anticipated film of the last two years and it did not disappoint. Four years of work to show how polished film. This is one of those rare films that inspire. And one of the few that will leave the theater feeling so many emotions and thoughts God, I can not wait to see you again.
